Geoff Waldmeyer TD, CEng, MBCS Professional Bodies: - Chartered Information Systems Practitioner (CEng) - A Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS)

Originally trained in general banking with Swiss Bank Corporation, Geoff was appointed to introduce IT to their London branch and eventually became IT Manager for their New York office. Geoff left banking to take a directorship of a specialist banking software house which led to international management roles with Control Data and Digital Equipment Corporation.

He has been running his own business since 1986 specialising in computer data and system security. Geoff has an in-depth knowledge of Banking and all IT disciplines. He has written commercial software to combat the Millennium Bug and managed mission critical projects with up to 1500 staff. In 1986 he established GWA originally to supply products and consultancy to the finance industry in the City of London. Since then they have supplied of all forms of computer equipment, data and system security products and consultancy with customers in Banking, Government, utilities and major corporations throughout the UK. He is the IT security consultancy Director in SECURITY CONSULTANCY INTERNATIONAL PTE LIMITED and is a Director of Security IT Solutions Limited.
