A very prestigious landmark development in Riyadh to provide a 5 star hotel, a 600 foot tall office building, a large retail mall, an apartment block and a royal banqueting hall for national banquets, conferences and events. The problem was to allow the site to be able to quickly convert from one of low security to very high security in the event of major royal functions and visits. All the security equipment had to be architecturally acceptable and of a low profile and high quality appearance.

The retail centre is one of the most prestigious shopping centres in Riyadh and is provided with extensive CCTV security courses, alarm systems, retail protection systems and a dedicated security control room is part of the security consultancy design.

A gas plant in the Middle East

A major national gas facility that required a high level of security protection to its gas gathering and processing facilities. The security consultancy design provided for a comprehensive security policy and plan for perimeter security, CCTV, alarms and an anti-terrorism and crisis management plan.
